Compression Sacks

Can anyone recommend strong but lightweight compression sacks (for a thin down jacket, sleeping bag, etc.)?
Hi chris I don't use them , I just use dry bags I have a few my favourite being the Cuben ones off Ron at mld ..Sean of Oookworks sometimes had some for sale too on his eBay shop.My thoughts are it's better to not compress the hell out of your down gear/sleeping bag so I use a slightly larger sack, not interested in if I can get it in a 30 litre sack just that it weighs as light as I can afford and carry well. Safe travels Peter. P.s welcome to the group

I have the Alpkit drybags for my down stuff.
Don't go to small with a stuff sack, you can squeeze the air out to get a flatter shape.

I use a couple of sets of Alpkit apollo bags. (And some Eagle Creek spectre cubes.) Agree not to over-compress. These let me give items a bit of room in each stuffsack and then squish things into the pack in a variety of shapes so it all fits comfortably. Everything then goes inside a couple of polythene dry bags. (I take a freezer clip for each polythene bag so I can leave it outside my pack at night if needs be, sealed up under the fly.)
