Hello,

if you are looking for cheap but sturdy inner pan for your drybaking have a look at cheap ALU mug from Decathlon..http://www.decathlon.co.uk/aluminiu...-and-camping-pots-and-cutlery-id_2881097.html

Just remove the handles and it'll will fit perfect into SP700 diameter Ti pots...fiddled with it today and I got perfectly baked muffin...can be used as drinking/boil mug so multiuse item:)...

To get muffin done I've used about 10g of Esbit tab which burned out at 20 mins or so when the muffin was baked...

I have a little Angel pan like in Shugs video. Going to be using it next time I'm out ;)

Thanks for the heads up on that mug bud, It's just like the Snow Leopard pan by flatcatgear that Shug also uses. Was going to try one but this mug saves me ordering from states.

I've been using silicone baking moulds - weigh very little and cope with the heat as designed. Still might try the decathlon mug tho' - good alert, thanks slovhike.

Yes them Decathlon cups are around same dimension as from Flatcatgear..but are readily available..

For bigger size pot like EN1000 ml pasta pot I ordered this cheap ALU baking pan http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kitchen-C...677?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item51cb8a45dd it has yet to arrive...

@cathyjc did you use silicon molds to do drybaking or you've onla Steam baked with them?..not sure if silicone is good for drybaking...but here's a good option for a bigger size steambaking muffin:

@The Bimbler thanks for the tip...but all the weight...why not silicone savarin mold..guess not good to drybake with silicone?

Slovhike - I stand corrected - I was steam baking. However, you dry bake with silicone in the oven at home so should be OK in a campig situation - I might try and lift the silicone mould up so not in contact directly with the metal pan. These are similar to what I have used - http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/00280864/.

I can see you've been doing plenty research on this :D
