I'm onto my third pair of the original Roclite 286's.
The upper has always fallen apart long before the tread wears out and the GTX goes long before anything else.
So on the new version - the upper Cordura mesh will need to be very durable to make it worth having an extra durable graphene sole.
And neither is much use it if the GTX fails early on .....
I'm on my second pair of roclite shoes and the sole on the previous one had worn away whilst the top is not too bad - relegated to road walking now
