roger that.I've never disbelieved you. See my point above about unavoidable condensation .I'm just disagreeing with the comment that it's hard to ventilate. There are zips on the door which you can Open from the top to make the vents much bigger.
What I find amazing is that you just claimed other people are banging on about condensation , when you are the one who have mentioned it as a problem twice in the last 24 hours. You are the one who is making the comments they are responding to. To suddenly say they are the ones who won't leave it alone is twisting the facts around.
I've come to realise that you can't be helped here. So I will bow out. Best of luck with your journey but please don't contact me privately ever again. As much as I like to be helpful, in the end, we're just wasting both of our time. If I'm going to waste my time I'd rather just do that The standard way on the open forum.

For my Phreebooter, the main hoop had three guylines on each side. Each contacting the mid top and mid bottom of the hoop (maybe 1/3, 2/3 height) and you put one pointing to the front, one at 90⁰ and one to the back.
So pretty strong

Mostly, thanks to the reviews of the Skyscraper. There's more reviews and their mostly from Hunters who are out in all weather, could be considered more demanding and harder on their kit.
I agree, the weight is negligible between the fabrics, but from the testimonials, it's solid, durable and gets-it-dun.
then there's the price.. quite a chunk different and as I'm already a Stone Glacier & Black Ovis customer, I can shave a bit off the price or receive reward points that in turn save me money on future purchases.
Black Ovis sell a wide range of gear and their customer service & product knowledge is excellent.
It's not a tent I'd considered until this thread, but now I'm slowing down and using packs that can take the edge off some extra weight, then a tent like this is appealing. Especially for two of us.
I looked at kuiu storm & mountain star, but the Skyscraper looks to my eye and thought process as more suitable for my desires.
