Sleeping bag to boost quilt for winter

Needing to bump up my winter sleeping gear due to health condition and rather than buying a full winter sleeping bag I'm going to make use of my cumulus 350 quilt with a sleeping bag inner to get to about -10. I also have an MLD 38 quilt i could use. My main issue is drafts and having to go to the toilet numerous times during the night so im looking at at Fjern, and MH lamina bags, any other suggestions ?

I do this ☝🏻

I combine a Sea to Summit Spark 1 bag with a S2S Ember iii quilt. Gives me nearly 700g of high quality down for a weight of 1075g……keeps me warm well below zero (coldest I’ve used this combination was -7c but I’m confident it would go a few degrees lower)
