Decathlon has a foam sit pad for I believe £2 with a seemingly reflective aluminium coating, but I haven't tried it myself..
I have one of these from AliExpress that cost me about £1. They are 27cm x 4x10cm panels. Mine weighs 28g but if I was being really weight tight I could probably make do with 3 panels so 21g.

Just a warning on some of the super cheap ones on Ebay and Amazon may not be waterproof. I kneeled on a cheap Amazon one and it sucked the water from the ground straight to my knees. No use at all.
I also bought a cheap one that folds into a cube a bit like @Heltrekker 's above and its fine.
I've not been using mine much, I decided I'm just going to use the foil/foam mat linked to above as it is multi use. I've been carrying it rolled which is not good in the wind as you have to unroll and then fold into a "seat". So need to fold it before I take it out next.I use these but ...
They a) squish down quite flat in a fairly short time and b) bits of sharp vegetation soon stick thru' rendering them "leaky".
I found out about the latter one evening when camped in a bog (as usual) and wondered why my bum was wet after I'd been sitting making supper .
They tend to take a fold well.I've not been using mine much, I decided I'm just going to use the foil/foam mat linked to above as it is multi use. Forgot to mention that it is also is my foot pad inside my top quilt when in a hammock so a bit of give is nice. Do the tar Z seat ones feel stiffer than ccf and foam?
My local Decathlon and Go Outdoors had no stock of any sit pads yesterday to have a feel of.
What's the main advantage of the Z seat type over flat ccf?
my wife has the newer Blue/Silver version, we dont speak anymore
