I think that she is using Hilleberg fabric.
My ULA rain kilt retails at £49, but is currently unavailable with Ultralight Outdoors.
Being quite useless at myog I was happy to buy something that others could make. I'm sure that there are many other people the same as me. As you say it's always good to see new people popping up to make stuff.

Yes, I seem to remember her buying the cut-offs package from Hilleberg a while back.
Not as light as the fabric used for my ULA rain kilt, but probably tougher.
