Aren't those guys actually German though, not Scandinavian?
Another term for Scandinavians is North Germanic peoples, they share the same root culture & mythology. Maybe these are the similarities that Heilung band members have, the old ways of their respective heritage being the same?

I understand as much from Heilung as I do from this, but I can at least get the gist of what he's singing about. :whistling:

How about another fringe?
We have Orville Peck on high rotation here again lately. Great singer/songwriter/performer.
He does a superb live version of a Bobby Gentry classic 'Fancy'

The Saints took matters into their own hands, recording and pressing 500 copies of (I’m) Stranded in 1976 themselves.

"After one reviewer declared (I’m) Stranded to be “single of this and every week”, The Saints left Brisbane for Britain, where they were embraced as part of the era’s new musical wave. Forty-five years later.......holy ****.
One more time....
forty five years ago.
Ed Kuepper on lead guitar is about to tour with Jim White from the Dirty Three to mark 45 years.

Even Trek-liter Bob Dylan (Happy 80th boyo) seems to prefer (me too) this to his own version, from some quick research.
Any excuse for a bit of Dyl, whoops Hendrix.:whistling:

Ooh, Dylan covers.
Neil Young from the time of the 1st Gulf War. Not my favourite Dylan song but it suddenly made sense.
