Hydration & Health Department Bulletins

I think the key question is that what is the final weight. I can understand that even at heavier weight many people want a more sustainable option, but if the weight is a lot more than a Smart Water bottle, the hardcore ultralighters will still use Smart Water bottles.

I hope they put measurements on the side and possibly have little ridges on them to improve the grip in wet/cold conditions.

Both Smartwater and Actiph (both of which I have used) are a 'lot' heavier :o o: than generic supermarket bottles (slight trade off in robustness)....

Following brain surgery to resolve Hydrocephalus. I now have altered body temperature control issues especially when its hot or not so hot in the UK. I definitely recommend the use of electrolytes and staying on top of hydration . Its sometimes difficult to realise before its too late that you haven't taken on enough fluid . In my case this can lead to headaches and poor decision making and possible seizures.
