@Calvin - tip to reduce the "dental" weight - cut most of the handle off a kid's toothbrush to get about 15g, use a travel sized container of liquid toothpaste (e.g. Theramed) - not much bigger than a 50 pence and refillable, and you only need fraction of the tube stuff, again about 15g for about 2 weeks supply.
