I've not seen this quilt from ali express before.
I might get one (not for me obviously....)
Haven't you used a rain kilt? It's amazing how it creates a micro climate as you walk... I can see these being toasty for the lady who likes the freedom of skirts... Especially for swift calls of nature and 'snow-art'Not sure of the logic of trapping warm air if it's not sealed in?
is this new out? Rab Cirrus Skirt

Agree, can't beat a good curry... burns on the way in....As if my @rrrs needed to get any hotter ...
Boasting again
Not used a rain kilt and it's been years since I've donned a frock, so I fear I spoke from ignorance!
I couldn't say as. Mines a hobo-kilt™ made from a 'montane blue' light yet durable bin sac.... Lighter weight Cuben does soften with use though so I can't see a noise or flexibility issue with it....(But, was wondering, aren't cuben ones awfully noisy, to walk in
Moreover, a wrap round, or pull on waterproof skirt is so much quicker on and off, than the dreaded trews, in a brief summertime shower...

I'm impressed with the Zpacks cuban kilt
Bottom of my trousers got wet, but as i don't bother with gaiters they do even in WP trousers.
What impressed me was the lack of sweat build up everywhere else.
Even with Event trousers my hiking kecks get wet through with sweat underneath them..
Best solution for keeping dry i've found so far is:
Event shell trousers with nothing underneath (except grudies)
It's a right ball ache changing though
Best overall solution so far is my Cuban kilt
Not noticed anything noise wise, as it doesn't stretch your legs are moving underneath it rather than with it.
Mind you, the wind was blowing a bit so i couldn't hear much anyways
