Where Can I Buy a Sew-On Hydration Port?

I want to add a port for a hydration bladder tube to my bike's frame bag. Is it possible to buy a sew-on port from anywhere?

I use hypalon (rubber coated fabric) for this purpose, just cut an X shape into the patch. You can get some scraps for free if you find someone who repairs inflatable boats.
