i read the great divide book around 20 years ago, i tried looking up stephen pern around 5 years ago to see if he'd been up to much else but he had no web presence so thought him dead!

Then the legend that is 'Tracksterman' out of the blue stuck link to Hooks on his blog.

Pern's done another film about walking the length of Japan. It's of it's time (90's alert!) good stuff though.
