Nitecore NU25 Headlamp
includes a few O's
Some more Sorex 9" stakes, and some 6". I've been sufficiently convinced by the robustness that I am happy to use these all round rather than a mix with Eastons.
Never had a problem with mine, but then I only use them on soft ground. Ti nails round here in the summer!

I needed mine ASAP (1 day) to wire lighting in my loft and only £6 pound more than AliExpress at the time (2020 version).
Have found the 2018 version for £ 23.61 https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100...earchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_
What shelter do you use for bike packing shewie?
I’ve been experimenting So far I’ve used my Cricket, Notch, Khufu and Protrail, but I’ve come to the conclusion that a tarp and bivvy is the way to go outside of bug season.
I find I’m riding at lower levels than when I’m hiking and it’s a lot easier to just chuck down a bivvy than hunt for a nice flat pitch.
I’m still new to it though and always learning
I thought the cricket or mid + Bivi might be good option, I wondered when I had my cricket how well the carbon poles would stand up in a bigger mid than the Gatewood I have, which the pole works ok but not had it in any strong winds. I've not got a lot of experience of either mids or carbon poles, so just finding out off people that do. How do you find the khufu? Has it replaced the solomid? I like mids and going to take my time choosing another for the future. I miss having the cricket now, but that may be because I find it hard to let things go
I really like the Khufu, it’s replaced my Solomid and Duomid
(although I did order a sil Solomid XL a couple of months ago )
@Shewie How long have you been waiting for your Solomid? I ordered my Duomid 7 weeks ago. I know the website says between 8 -12 weeks.
Same as you mate, around the 30th of August I think
