I'm seeking a pair of these type underquilt attachments. Ideally in Robic, Cuban, or sil?
I can only find them off the shelf in the US.
    There for a 3/4 quilt.

The picture gives an idea, I reckon mitten hooks all round might be better?
I was going to ask Paul if he could make some but I can't imagine he will have usable off cuts or the time ?
Any recommendations for cottage makers or off the shelf in the UK (I have looked)

    Cheers

You can make one with a piece of guy line tied into a triangle or prussic a mini biner on each side of your ridge line. Fwiw I made some a couple of years ago and tossed them as I didn't find them very useful.

Cheers Craige, I was thinking along the lines of extra insulation at the head and foot end . My new hammock is longer than previous and encourages a flatter lay. My uq is lighter and packs smaller than my exped mat.
In hindsight I could cut up an old drybag and have a go myself....

What Craig says. Simply find no need for them when out.

I use them on my home setup with a 3/4 UQ, but that's simply a piece of cord with a mitten hook on each end.

I think i have a couple of Dutch's ridgeline quilt clips. That's the modern equivalent.
Let me check when i get home @Chiseller

I've already got standard suspension for it, just liked the look of them....I'll make one from a carrier bag and gaffa tape to see how I feel

Honestly, they are pretty much a relic from when under quilt suspension wasn't as good as it is now. Which quilt are you using?

It's an old one made by a character who went by the moniker 'unsponserd'

I've had it a good few years now and bought it off Raikey

Ah yeah, I heard of those, not sure what the suspension is like but I'm sure it can be updated todays standards?

They are useful if you have a built in bug net as you can't attach a prusik to the RL. I've always looped shock cord around the gathered end.
Uk hammocks might still do them but a cord over the RL does the same thing.
