I guess there may be a point in some circumstances where ultralight stops becoming field proof.
I was expecting a puncture or two. Not much I can do about popped baffled. Still got a week of camping to do !
Thermarest should have a great warranty. I’ve seen multiple older pads with delamination getting replaced; mostly self inflating pads.
Given the age of your pad this shouldn’t be a issue.
Their warranty is crazy easy in the US, but still pretty good by European standards.
Did you contact them already? They can be very quick to help you in case of emergency.
They did when I had a problem with my first NeoAir. Replaced immediately and free of charge with an updated (and pricier) version.
Got my replacement uberlite today, about 10 day turnaround and very little hassle
If this one fails, I'd be tempted to ask for an xlite.
