    Interesting. I'm sure I saw him eating a sandwich, haggis, curry.

    I wonder what he is eating in his keto diet.

    I'm on keto. I can tolerate up to 50g of carbs a day and stay in ketosis, which is ironic, since I can't tolerate a high carb diet well.

    When someone is used to keto, they can eat occasionally higher carbs and once the carbs are burned, they drop quickly back to ketosis. Obviously that doesn't mean a tub of Ben & Jerry's. Little extra carbs when someone is doing keto and being very active (like hiking), carbs are almost like superfuel. They give you a temporary boost.

    Some endurance athletes use keto as a tool to improve metabolic flexibility and performance, training in keto and on race day pump up the carbs for max performance.

    For me keto is not a target, it's a tool to improve metabolic flexibility, control cravings, lose weight and improve mental performance. Once I'm in my target weight and my metabolism is healed, I'll be more flexible. Keto is a great way to heal broken metabolism.

    So he did have a stove and a titanium pot. I guess he must have used the pot to a coffee cup. I couldn't drink cold coffee with cinnamon gee out of a bag.
