Can't remember what I ordered, it was so long ago lol. No sign yet, but I'm out the country ATM.
Both my orders arrived within the week, ordered around middle of May...go figure...
I'll email them when I get home, and if no luck I'll get onto PayPal and get my money back.
30% off was a successful PR exercise, until it wasn't!
I emailed them and heard nothing, but when I phoned them, they answered quickly and said they'd deal with it. They said they had a backlog and were still going through it so hopefully we'll all get them eventually.
Kind of shot themselves in the foot though, didn't they?
Despite all the issues it was still cheap enough for me to get a cheeky last minute order in.
Decided I may need some puddings for the LD trips and if they don't get used they can keep till next year.
The mains i ordered all have best before dates of 2025.
Now I wish I had ordered more @el manana .
Me too, I liked the hotpot/stew...curry was okay. The granola gave me a sugar headache but powered me on for 6 miles stiff hiking .
We thought the mains were good.
Would buy again.
Can't see any reason why anyone would buy any kind of dehydrated breakfast at these prices, considering they are just over sugared mueseli or porridge type stuff. For £5 I can buy 3kg of decent muesli - which includes cashews and dried apricots as well as the usual suspects.
Finally arrived this morning
Agree. I got some in a 6 day pack and while the breakfasts were nice, you could certainly make it yourself. Made some this weekend with muesli and Nido, mixed with cold water and it tasted good. Something I will be taking with me next time.
Mine arrived today, no dispatch emails or Comms, ordered last thing on 31st, arrived early on 8th.
Not so bad really.
Made an error with 2 of my deserts, I didn't really think it through but of course the chocolate mouse is supposed to be made with cold water, doh!... There I was looking forward to a nice warming pudding....
