I did wonder but 10 seconds to reply to an email... they must be too busy to even pee !
True and its not like they have to make anything, just chuck it in a box. glad i didnt order now. im sticking with fire pot and mountain trails.
Two weeks and no sign. Happy to give my money to base camp foods.
What amixed bag. Some of us got our orders within a week and some are still waiting, and it doesn't seem to relate to early : later orders "shrugs shoulders"
Mine arrived this morning, so considering I placed the order at the weekend, throw in bank holiday Monday.. I'm happy ...oh an delivered by royal mail ...
Mine have just arrived, everything I ordered present but a very unpleasant smell came with mine. Looked like the box had something spilt over it. Binned box
My replacement pouch arrived quickly after I complained a few times

Happy enough given the price discount.
If using again next time the discount is available, I'll not expect them soon after ordering.

Does this brand name only work if, like me, you are from up north?
Maybe some meals are low or out of stock?
then you should either see that on the order site or receive an email to tell you. Honestly, I'm just staggered by how badly some companies treat their customers. Paying for something and then waiting weeks/months to receive the goods without some sort of contact is just stupid. They're another company I won't use again.
I seem to have been particularly unlucky with it this year. Even trying to get contractors to come and do jobs on the farm seems impossible. I've had a fencing contractor who's taken over a month to come and do a fence, a builder who's been telling me 'I'll be there next week' for 2 months and who's now been told where to go and other trades people who continually don't turn up and don't contact you to explain why. Rant over.
At least trades have the excuse of balancing multiple jobs in different locations. These ejits just have to chuck packets at an envelope lol
Wasn't defending them, just trying to understand how some people have been waiting weeks yet some getting immediate turnaround this week, doesn't make sense.
They have missed a great opportunity to get regular repeat customers just sloppy just let people know whats happening

Still no sign of my order and no reply to my email from a week ago, so I just phoned them. Apparently they've had an overwhelming response to the 30% discount and are still behind on orders. I've been promised mine will go out tomorrow so we'll see how long it takes to arrive.
And yet I got an email from them yesterday to remind me that the offer is still available until the end of May. You'd think if they were so overwhelmed that they couldn't meet orders that they'd not do that. Never does much for long-term business to pee off your customers.
You know how you can tell this is a mostly Brit site?
