    Hi to all

My daughter and I have 2 mummy-shaped sleeping bags but the liners we have are rectangular - not a good fit!:frown:

Does anyone have a couple of silk or cotton liners they no longer need/use that are a mummy shape?

Would be very grateful if you do...

Actually, on reflection, I'm not sure a silk liner is going to work. My daughter suffers from eczema and needs a fabric that is as cool as possible, highly breathable, and wicks away moisture/sweat. I'm assuming cotton is her best bet for a sleeping bag liner (it's what she has now - just the wrong shape!) but anyone with greater knowledge/experience, please feel free to enlighten me.

Could you not just sew some rounded corners and then trim off the excess?

Whilst cotton is just about the most breathable fabric about, silk is still pretty good in comparison. The massive benefit with a slippy fabric like silk is it's just a lot nicer to use and slides into place easier.

If she likes cotton, I reckon Shewie has it right, just sew the corners round and trim.
