Responding to email alerts

Just a bit of a heads up guys, something has come to light this week which I thought I should share with you.

If you receive email alerts for private conversations, please be mindful that you still need to reply to the sender rather than the email alert, if you just reply to the email it will send your reply to info@trek-lite.com instead of the intended recipient.

If you keep your conversations on the forum then it shouldn't be a problem.

Time to bump this one again, I'm still getting quite a lot of emails to info@trek-lite.com

Time for another bump, still getting emails from folk who are replying to PMs

I've now removed the message content from email notifications, you will now need to access trek-lite to read your PMs.

Hopefully this will eradicate all the emails I keep getting from users who are just replying to PMs
