Spied these today
Got a pair of these last year they are pretty good.
But the good memories live on.
Sad to hear
Are they the flick lock variant?
Turns out my misses has let her sub laps
Quite well regarded in the states.
They are indeed
Darn they're the ones I'm after. Time to find someone with an account.
If you can't find anyone that can hand deliver them to you gimme a shout.
Search help wanted! Is there a thread about 'how to fly with UL gear'? My search words are to short...
I've always just packed my bag in a bag and put that on the conveyor belt and be happy. I can't (don't want to handle the hustle) do that when going to TGOC, not starting/ending at the same place. Help!
Thank you, @el manana
Where from? Costco?
Yeah. Edinburgh store.
They never had any down throws this year?
Trail Designs order slipped through with no VAT or duty to pay
the sun is shining
the birds are singing
even the slugs are happy
The straight pole curved pole thread has me thinking, do you think, given I had the right measurements, that I could use a 2 curved pole arrangement on the outside of my BT-2, criss crossed corner to corner to the 4 main peg points, of course I would have to put grommets into the webbing to take the pole ends, do you think it would work ? yep, I'm sat bored lol
Like a dome tent with it hanging off the middle? I can see that being bouncy (apex up and down) in wind.
Where are you flying into and out of? If it's Aberdeen, you could leave your bag at my place and I can get it dropped off in Montrose if that helps. I'm doing the TGO too so it's no problem as I have to get to Montrose to sign out.
Wow.....BT Openreach have upgraded the local exchange to improve the line speed.......now getting 800KB/s a 100% improvement
Thanks for the offer @Scottk, I'm coming into Edinburgh and I haven't booked a return ticket yet. I will do that while on the trial I think. I do know that I'll be ending in Stonehaven and then signing out in Montrose.
maybe moved from braided horse hair to tin wires
About the only good thing about Coventry is it was one of the original cable towns so we get lightening fast fiber.
Lucky you guys - we're still operating on the two paper cups joined with a piece of hairy string, system
And Coventry has a very nice statue of Lady Godiva... beyond that? Yes, i see how you might struggle with the 'bigging up' .
Sorry you've lost such a loyal friend
But perhaps, "Better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all?"
Hmmn, Still reeelly hurts tho ..
Jeez that's dark ages ...
