It might look like it has a frame.
"Roll-up UL Rucksack" doesn't sound like it has a frame though.
1kg sounds about right for 55 litre frameless pack.

Ah, OK. I think 'roll-up' is referring to the closure system used.

I came across the Montane Naukan 60 today. It looks quite interesting. The hip belt looks a little unusual. Short video here.

The new Hyberg Attila looks very nice with very good updates

We present you the new version of the ultra-light backpack Hyberg Attila. Just like the previous version, the new Attila is reliable - a quality backpack that stays true to its special style and original design. What's new about this model?
For the front pocket, stretch material is used, which is tear resistant, sturdy and breathable. We also use this material for the hip belt pockets. Now they have become bigger and more functional. The shoulder strap now boasts extra pockets that can easily hold a 0.5 l water bottle. Furthermore, these bags can be closed with the help of a rubber cord, so that items such as cell phones or headlamps can be stowed reliably. The fastenings on the chest strap are now hidden below the shoulder strap pockets - so the chest strap is firm and can not be lost on the go. The new Attila has also been modified with a load-control belt, which is responsible for adjusting the gap between the backpack and the back. Hyberg Attila 2019 is still a frameless backpack, with a soft back padding, including a roll top closure. The side pockets, as well as waist belt and shoulder strap, are made of Dyneema X Gripstop. The maximum weight, in size L is about 675 grams.

    Max payload: 15 kilograms
Maximum volume: 49 liters in the body, about 8 liters in the outer pockets
Pockets: Front mesh pocket with elastic, two side pockets, two pockets on the tightly sewn hip belt, two pockets on the shoulder belt
Special features: Padded straps (hips and shoulders), UL back padding inside the backpack
    Closure type: Rolltop closure
    Main subject access: from above
Backpack material: X-Pac VX-21RS laminate, 210D Dyneema X Gridstop, coated with acrylate
Front pocket material: stretch HI abrasion 72% nylon
    Back padding material: foam
    Hydration bladder compatible
