OR Helium jacket fit?

Anyone got or tried on a recent version Outdoor Research Helium jacket?

What was the fit like? I've read a few reviews that say it's a bit on the tight side and to size up.

Mine is from 2021 - maybe that's the previous generation? Anyway, it's fairly loose on the arms and midriff and wearing a fleece (Nitro) underneath is no problem. It's tightest at the armpits. A down jacket (Incredilite Endurance) fits under but fills the Helium at the upper chest and armpits. For reference, my waist is narrow and chest relatively wide, slim overall.

Thanks. I'm similar build.
Size large jackets usually, but 32" waist trousers.

I'm concerned about girth at shoulders /armpits really.
