Don't think I've ever used them but I know the name from somewhere, could be from my fly-fishing days

Not sure if they've grasped the concept of sales mind

Just curious if anyone has used this French store before?

Trustpilot reviews aren't exactly glowing

I've used the shop once for a Patagonia jacket and the shopping experience was OK.

On the upside, the office and showroom just outside Paris does exist (I actually picked up the jacket in person) and they have pretty good prices from time to time. Downside is that they don't have a lot of stock, sell out quickly and sometimes have issues with shipping delays. That happened with my jacket, I was not too pleased but they did warn me as soon as they identified the delay and came through about two weeks later than planned. The jacket didn't fit, was promptly shipped back and refunded.

Typically, they will grab a bulk lot of discounted models (previous year or soon to be replaced) and sell them before they reach their warehouse. If their delivery is delayed, so will yours.

PS: the inflated "sales" prices are only for £. In €, they are discounted normally. :whistling:

Hi. We purchased a Vaude tent from them earlier in the year via the French site (which proved cheaper than the UK one!) and all went well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again based on that single experience.
