Work has me walking a lot. I average around 10 miles a day, some MUCH more, some a little less. I play football one day a week and chasing after the kids.

So far I'm keeping my new year's resolution of cycling to work (24km) at least 3 days a week. Next weekend I'll be out so hopefully I'll notice some difference :)

Drat, sorry I missed this survey. Anyway, I walk and cycle but I walk in a a rather novel place. A shingle beach not far from me which has stood me in good stead for a stay in the canaries with all those ups and downs. Beach, wot beach? :p The only thing I found to need a bit more work were my descent muscles and judging by my legs on the stairs some stair work would be in order. I also need to work on my triceps for the poles.
