I bought this as I wanted a slightly larger rucksack and I'm afraid its not for me. This pack is brand new and never been used. Unfortunately I have chopped off the side securing straps for the lid, so it is now only a roll-top. Apart from that its in perfect brand-new condition. Asking £75.00 (free postage).

What don't you like about it? I have one and haven't used it enough to like or dislike it yet. Used my Omm 32 last couple of overnight trips. Will use it more now its cooling down a bit.

Like Osprey packs, which many rave about, Its not a good match for my odd sized back.

When I first got mine I was conscious of the large pad that sits on the base of your spine but now I'm not aware of it and think that it, coupled with the T frame is what makes the weight transfer onto you pelvis so good. I have seen someone on a YouTube video or blog (sorry can't remember where) saying that the bag rubbed at the centre of their shoulders. I don't really see how that couldn't be adjusted away.

If I hadn't just bought my wife an Osprey Eja I would definitely be buying this one from ZenTrekker. £75 for this bag is an absolute steal even with the unfortunate strap removal. If I were you I'd pop the roll top under the strap with a hook and take another picture for on here. The way you have it pictured it looks a bit of a mess. Also I recon it would be really easy to replace the side straps.

Thanks for the advice, I wasn't aware that it looked a mess because that's how I like my roll-tops!!

    I'll do another pic tomorrow.

There's a thorough video about this pack from the manufacturers here, that's what originally sold me on the pack.

Having looked back over other stuff the issue for folks who don't like this pack is the frame which has a central aluminium member that runs up the spine. If you have the sort of rounded back that makes your spine the part that pushes out the most then you might find this pack uncomfortable. If you have a more normal shaped back and/or set the pack up correctly you will find that the frame is nowhere near you. I've found that the lumbar pad and hip belt is so good that the shoulder straps have very little weight on them and I can carry my load easily and comfortably all day.
