For ladies......Never have to leave the tent to pee.
Buy a large noodle pot, chuck the disgusting contents:yuck: and practice using it....practice before...and move the sleeping bag outa' the way.:rolleyeses::laugh:
Peeing perfection without leaving your cosy enclosure:whistling:

Don't want to get into a p££ing competition here, but a noodle pot not capacious enough for me..

1 litre ex yoghurt (Greek or Turkish ) pot more like it (you can eat that too :))

But yes, best not to wee on your sleeping bag *:D

*Top tips - us gurls are all over em

Keep up with the fun times Annie

Cut off (defunct) 2 liter Platy does duty for me. Folds flat in pack and I keep my potty trowel in it. :).

    Heavier than a -7 °C Zpacks bag...

Heck of a lot lighter on the wallet though, especially after shipping and tax.

Also take a look at the EE https://enlightenedequipment.com/revelation/
Basically create your bag, and appears to be a quilt plus comforter. The Down is moisture proof and a nice snap system too.
I am more steering towards this set up myself now.

^ Which means we've come the full circle, the OP says that an EE quilt has been ordered but won't arrive in time for this trip.

I've got the 150 cumulus quilt which is 370g ish so 220g shell which I thought was surprisingly heavy, same shell weight as my larger myog effort and that has 1 of its 4 linea meters of shell made of 60g/m pertex endurance. Perhaps the baffle fabric is more rugged?

If I had been using a Down sleeping system the last 2 weeks, It would have degenerated fast into a squidgy, pulpy mess.....thank God for the EE Climashield 'Prodigy'.
It has suffered so much and still performs...
Wet, max condensation with cold still nights.
    I love Synthetic....it's reliable...:thumbsup::D
    Down not for me anymore:wink:

Lady Grey. What rated Prodigy do you have ?
Also wouldn't EE Downtek, water repellent down be a good choice. Also to keep the weight down.
