This is my Hobo-kilt ™ reinforced side splits for wearing low... Reinforced on the fly fly... Reinforced hips... Been good for a few trips... I use a bit of adjustable bungee cord for the waist.
I can Don it without fuss... Wear it. Rolled up below my hip belt when I'm expecting a deluge... Quick deployment, no full split, but I may work on this... Might have to use jaffa tape to reach potential new markets lol.
