Caldera Keg-F Stove System

now the Caldera Keg-F Stove System has been around a while and thanks to Shug it sells the dream of the " Morning coffee in the hammock ",

Having spend some time reading and watching reviews I love it , however I cant find any long term reviews has anyone on here used one long term and how does to hold up to use ? after all its just a beer can after all ..

Sorry, thought you meant he had used also used the Caldera cone system but can't remember seeing him use it, only the beer pot. Does look decent

your right he didn't use the full kit

He got his pot from Minibull designs. Mostly uses the Fancee Feest stove and a foil windshield..

mine stood up well to a year of use and was still in great condition when i flogged it. I was very happy with it but made a myog ti version. Its very efficient. I bought two kegs as i thought it would be fragile but its been really bomber so i was happy to let the spare go with the original screen and keep the old one. the caddy makes a great cup and bowl too although if you go down that route i reccomend an inner bag to keep your caddy clean. i threw away the pot cosy, its crap. i also threw the silicone rings as again there is no point to them. I use a piece of neoprene to handle the hot can and it works great.

I still like and use mine. If I had to gripe I would say the caddy is a bit heavy, non the less a great kit for 6 oz.
