PS looking at the first post, yes, the Doro 8020X does recharge with a USB connector

I have an LG V30. Fantastic camera with 2 lenses standard and wide angle. I got it because I've ruined a couple of iPhones with moisture.

To quote somewhere "The LG V30 has IP68 certification which means it's dust-resistant and water-resistant in up to 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. It is MIL-STD 810G compliant which means it successfully passed 14 military-grade stress tests."

It knows if there is moisture in the usb socket and tells you to dry it out before charging if it is wet.

It is relatively cheap, robust, waterproof and has a great camera, why would you look anywhere else for a phone?

That sounds pretty amazing. I looked up the description of it and am very impressed. The Doro range always sets out to be simple.......
