There’s also a discount code “ATDRINK15” for 15% on top. I got one as a replacement to my always slightly ill fitting prophet... the camo pattern is a lot less obscene than anticipated

    So 100 USD?
That Camo is the least Camo I have seen.

Yep. And indeed, it’s actually quite nice colour scheme with the orange straps.

I just learned that if you use TopCashBack, which is free to sign up, and use it to go to OS Maps pages, you get 34% discount of the annual subscription, which I just did. I'll get the £8.25 back in 6 weeks time.

I also got about £5 cashback on the map bundle worth £51, so about 10% discount there.

If you decide to sign up, here's my TopCashBack referral link and I appreciate if you use it. Every little helps in these times.

No really needing one, but went through the motions.
Postage to me....wait for it.........95USD. FH.

Yeah postage to Ireland was obscene. I used the Irish mail postal forwarding service and got lucky not needing to pay customs (I’m guessing more stuff slipped through with less staff lately)

Get in touch with them and ask if there's a cheaper option that they can use. I did that once and got them to send via USPS 1st class international for about $10. I did agree to accept responsibility for non-arrival, though. USPS 1st C.I. is tracked until it leaves the US and may be in your home country too via your local postal service (it is in Turkey).
Edit: I've just checked my emails and I've done this twice with Gossamer Gear.

Making a camo rucksack is another sewing project on my list. I have the bottom half of an army goretex bivy left over after I've cut materials for my goretex tent. The material is very tough, very waterproof, and very heavy...

USPS have some standard shipping packs at a fixed cost. I've got people to send me motorcycle parts using that service and it was much cheaper, maybe 1/4 of the cost of couriers.

Ta. Believe it or not Zpacks did this and Lighheart Gear too. But I'm all set I think.

Yes, I've done it with Zpacks when an order had gone over $100, which used to be their cut off for posting USPS 1st Class. I don't know if they still do it now that they've moved to using Fedex and declaring the full value of the goods.
I've also done this with others, including Borah Gear.

Yes. I forgot Borah. My pullover was discounted. The smaller places seemed more willing to get the work even going to the PO and asking me if it was ok. LHG did this. Is there a worse postal system than the US postal service? Overpriced and slow as a wet week!

I've had parcels that have travelled accross America to various locations, then onto England in less time than its taken to travel to me after clearing customs!

I've used my UK card to pay and used Stackry to reship to UK, in case someone was wondering.
