Thanks @edh I've also written to them to ask what is the weight of their lightest t-shirt.
I had a mens sleeveless airism t a couple of years ago size small that was 50g. Obviously you won't want size small or sleeveless but it gives you an idea of how incredibly light they are,

www.trekkinn.com have extra 15% off jackets, backpacks, mens footwear (big selection of Salomon) and climbing gear with the code 15BF until 1/12. Can anyone tell that I'm spending a stormy and boring Saturday afternoon trawling the internet for Xmas goodies?

Shall expect to see the productive outcome of your afternoon on the What have I bought thread, imminently then.

Nope. Nor do I know what that is :)

and not sure that I want to know :eeker:
It asks your height weight, build and age and tells you what size to order. I've ordered one and will report back in due course. Thanks to @edh and yourself for pointing me to these. They look very interesting for running as well as the more usual uses.

They look interesting I wonder what weight they are. I'm looking for something of the weight of a Rab Pulse or Patagonia Airchaser but I don't really want to spend £30 to £50 on one.
I bought a heap of Airism and Airism mesh last year to try out. The Uniqlo Airism MESH stuff is basically the same weight as Patagonia LW Capilene. But the Airism Mesh and plain Airism (heavier) has a fair bit of elastane which stays (and wets easier) wet longer. I do notice it. The Rab Pulse stuff is very slightly heavier than the Patagonia LW Capilene. If you can get the PLW Capilene before it sells out, grab some. I believe they have stopped making it. The Pata and Pulse feel largely hydrophobic.

I just hope they fit as no one seems to do womens syn insulated trousers anymore (unless you pay a fortune), returning them is no probs.

Has anyone seen ultralight t-shirts at reasonable prices?
Depor village have Ternua sphere t-shirts as low as £20.82 depending on size, not sure what their delivery would be. Ternua are well made and very light - I have one of their long sleeved ladies size L at 97g, site says mens short sleeve is 55g, I assume that's a M.

Was hunting for a good price on a pair of Outdoor Research Helium over trousers and came across the OR Helium jacket at half price, maybe of use to someone.

never used the Outdoor Action site, not even sure i've come across it before TBH, but the cheap prices on all of their OR stuff made me look to see if they are genuine, decent enough reviews on trust pilot

I don't know how to link to a FB post sorry. It is on the TGO Challenge group.

Click on the date/time in the post, it will open up the post and then copy the link address in the browser's URL bar.
